This avoids all the typical upfront activities usually associated with outsourcing such as bid management, definition of independent tasks, milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria, guarantees, warranties and conducting complex price negotiations. We provide our services on a simple price per person, per day basis. This eliminates the need for built-in costs to cover the risk of non-acceptance, late delivery and other risks. We can provide teams of any size, starting with a hands-on technical team leader(s) who would act as the primary interface to your technical management. This team leader will also play a key role in the final selection of additional team members, as may be required. Larger projects may include additional team leaders or even project management capability, if required.
Each team is comprised of engineers with three basic levels of experience (junior, mid-level and senior / team leader). Each ‘Team Leader’ will act as a mentor and trainer to each Mid-Level Engineer, who in turn will act as a mentor and trainer to each Junior Engineer, in order to provide a comprehensive structure to enable the on-boarding of as many Junior Engineers as possible to gain maximum value from the overall program.
